Day 3: Conducting On-site Audits

- Identifying and reporting findings (conformities, non-conformities)
- Managing audit trails and keeping audit notes

 

Day 4: Audit Management & Reporting

- Preparing accurate audit reports
- Writing non-conformity reports and corrective action requests
- Evaluating proposals for corrective actions
- Follow-up of audit findings and conclusions

 

Day 5: Exam and Certification Process
